i) 24/7 Support (AI + Human) – Chatbot handles FAQs, with handoff to agents when needed.
ii) Context-Aware Help – Agents see user's transection and other info, so no repeating info.
iii) File & Screenshot Sharing – Easily send invoices or error screenshots.
iv) Ticket Tracking and Chat history – Check request status: Open, In Progress, Resolved. And access past conversations anytime..
v) Feedback & Ratings – Rate support to improve service.
- From 10 AM to 10 PM Bangladesh time.
- Human response within 1-2 hr.
