I am writing this as a feedback and an official feature request regarding the long-delayed Virtual USD Card.

As a remote worker having an active debit card is a fundamental requirement, not a luxury. It has been around a year since you transitioned and restarted operations under the new banking partner, yet your core card feature remains offline.

Take a look at your competitor, Nsave. When they faced a similar card disruption, they learned from it, adapted swiftly, and relaunched their Virtual Multi-currency Card in record time. Now, they are even rolling out physical cards to their users. Meanwhile, Elevate Pay is completely lagging behind in market competition.

I am officially moving my business volume and shifting to Nsave starting next month solely because of this massive feature gap. I highly suggest your product management team prioritizes the card rollout immediately if you want to stop users from actively churning to competitors.

I hope you bring some real competition back to the market soon.
