USD-to-USD Withdrawal to Pakistani Freelancer Accounts

I’d like to request a feature that lets users in Pakistan withdraw their USD balance directly to their local Freelancer accounts that operate in USD currency.
Many of us earn and manage our payments in USD, so having a direct USD-to-USD withdrawal option would make a very good addition.

Actually it is a basic requirement for that 0.25 percent Withholding Tax offer from Pakistan Software Export Board. Without USD incoming, this offer can't be benefitted.
